Service Charge
Detailed information on service charges is available on our website, or as personally quoted through WhatsApp or email communications. Charges may vary based on the type of service and other factors such as duration and specific needs of your pet.
Cancellations
Our 'Policy of Fairness' ensures that we balance the needs of our customers with the operational requirements of our business. For example, if a cancellation is due to unforeseen personal emergencies, we strive to be understanding and flexible.
Due to limited spaces, we have limited flexibility for cancellations.
Cancellations must be notified and acknowledged in writing (via letter, email, text or WhatsApp).
We will make every effort to fill the space from a cancelled booking. If we are able to do so, we will refund any recoverable costs, less any administrative fees incurred.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are specific to each service:
Dog Walking: 100% charge if cancelled within 48 hours of the booked date; no charge if cancelled more than 48 hours prior.
Pet Sitting & Pet Pop-Ins: 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee; 100% charge if cancelled less than 28 days before the start date.
Refunds and Reimbursements
Reimbursements for cancellations that qualify will be processed using the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon.
Changes and Updates
Our Terms & Conditions, Prices and Cancellation Policy may change, and the latest versions will be posted on our website.
We will inform existing bookings of significant changes with at least 7 days' advance notice, using the contact information provided at the time of booking.
